
Ingredients:
1. Mango Pulp:1 cup
2. Coconut Milk : 2 cups 3. Palm Jaggery Syrup : to taste (optional)
Procedure:
Heat the coconut milk until lukewarm using hot water bath method and allow it to cool down to room temperature before using. Add mango pulp and some coconut milk to a mixer grinder jar and whip it into a smooth paste. To it add the remaining coconut milk and blend it well. Now transfer it into a glass tumbler, add palm jaggery syrup to taste and garnish it to your liking (used mango pulp and coconut milk for garnishing).
